This is sunrise from the Gherkin, looking towards the London Eye and the over the City. I love how the lights in the buildings lift the picture – during the day everything looks so grey. I shot this GigaPixel Panorama without an electric tripod head, so had to overlap each photo manually. Trying to do that fast so as to not miss the sunrise was tricky!
